Project Overview

We designed and implemented a comprehensive dental clinic management system that streamlines daily operations and enhances patient care. The system digitizes appointments, patient records, billing, and clinic scheduling in one centralized platform, improving efficiency, accuracy, and overall workflow for dental clinics.

Challenge

The clinic needed a system to replace manual and fragmented processes. Key challenges included managing appointments efficiently, organizing patient medical records, handling invoices and payments, and controlling clinic schedules — all while supporting multiple user roles (doctor and receptionist) with secure access and ease of use.

Solution

We developed a web-based dental clinic management system using a modular and scalable architecture. The platform includes:
